КЛЕТОЧНАЯ МОДЕЛЬ ЭЛЕКТРОПЛАЗМОЛИЗА

Abstract

Peculiar side of the principle of rejection of ions with surplus mobility for vital activity of biological cells and maintenance of electric potential on the membrane is obtained. Membrane transport and conditions of potential neutralization on the membrane at charge carrying away from the cell membrane are considered. Hierarchy of the time relaxations of the cellular processes are presented and conditions of Electroplasmolysis are defined by transition into stage of irreversibility of restoration of cellular membrane potential. A simple mathematical model of membrane transport stabilization has been investigated and the main characteristics of cell exchange, conditions of ensuring of the state of turgor, causes of cell death due to the breach of cell exchange have been determined. Possibility of destabilization of cellular processes until destroying of cell structure by electroplasmolysis is mentioned.
