Abstract

The profile of a nonlinear capillary-gravity wave on the charged ideal fluid surface has been billed with second approximation on wave amplitude. The conditions for the wave number and for the surface charge density have been obtained under which a short wave has a sharp crest and a long wave has a blunting one.
