Abstract
It is considered formation of the composition electro-chemical coverings from electrolyte-suspension with supplement mono-valence non-organic ions of Rubidium, Cesium, Cerium and Thallium. It is investi- gated the regularities of the influence of ions on the particle interaction with cathode surface, the electro- chemical characteristics and the potential of dispersion phase and electrode, the structure of the double elec- trical layer, covering power, polarization, pH near-cathode layer, hydrogen overpotential. It is established that mechanism of the influence of non-organic ions worles on the stage of the hetero-adaugulation and heal- ing of the dispersion phase and it is stipulated by the influence of the ions on the phase layer structure, condi- tion of formation and behavior of the main iron combination in the near-electrode region.
