Abstract
In the article the possibility of intensification of flaxy cotton wool bleaching technology by combined using of electric discharge and chemical reactant is demonstrated. It has been shown, that in these conditions owing to synergistic effect the concentration of chemical reagents, complete time of bleaching process and the temperature of working solution may be considerably decreased. It was established, that this treatment allows to achieve the same degree of whiteness and content of residual pectins, as at conventional technology.
