ГИДРАТАЦИЯ ПОДСОЛНЕЧНОГО МАСЛА, ВЫРАБОТАННОГО ИЗ ГИБРИДНЫХ СЕМЯН ПОДСОЛНЕЧНИКА

Abstract

The results of the experimental optimization of the sunflower oil hytratation process are presented. It was investigated sunflower oil produced from the hybrid sort seeds. At the optimum values of pH falling in range of 8,29,2 the residual content of phosphatides is 0,02%. This values is one ortes less than that obtained by the tap water hytratation with pH 6,5.
