Abstract

The biomass amino acids composition of initial museum strain Streptomyces canosus 71 and its 9 variants, obtained as a result of - and combined (- and UV) irradiation was studied. It was showed, that, having varied the dozes of irradiation, it could be possible to select variants, distinguished not only by biomass synthesis to 23,1–431,1%, in compare with initial strain, but also by contents in it such irrepla- ceable amino acids as valine (47,1–152,4%), methionine (15,0–352,7%), tyrosine (215,7%), tryptophane (50,1–62,1%). The quantity of additional essential amino acids for agricultural animals and poultry such as cystine, glycine and proline in the biomass of some variants also exceeded the same in the initial strain.
