Abstract
The power and geometrical parameters of effect of electromagnetic energy as fields and radiant fluxes on a zone of formation of soldered electrical connections of electronic components are investigated. The reflecting reflector in a IR source augments intensity of heating up to 120104 W/m2. Combined effect of a HF and the IR radiation creates high speed of heating (up to 150С/c), but differs by more composite tech- nical implementation and control. The rate of onset of temperature at laser effect depends on a pulse frequency and diameter of a beam.
