Abstract

The memoir is devoted to scientific fundamentals of a precision electric-spark processing of ma- terials. The original technique of researches is used. The influence of an interelectrode gap to effect of erosion and distribution energy between the anode and cathode, role of delay of a beginning of a spark discharge on effect of erosion is noticed. The outcomes of research of the shapes and sizes erosive craters, making on different materials and also influence of the interelectrode environment to effect of erosion of electrodes are considered. The influence of a specific power of a spark discharge to magnitude micro rough edges and effect of erosion is resulted; conditions of evacuation of products of erosion on the process electrospark forming. The conditions and ways of pulse forming of voltage pulses, eliminating origin of electrochemical processes at handling in water are stipulated.
