ВЛИЯНИЕ ТЕМПЕРАТУРЫ НА ВРЕМЯ ГОРЕНИЯ РАЗРЯДА НИЗКОГО ДАВЛЕНИЯ В КВАРЦЕВОЙ РАЗРЯДНОЙ ТРУБКЕ С ЗАЩИТНЫМ СЛОЕМ

Abstract

We are showed the burning time of low pressure discharge in quartz discharge tube with protective layer on the inner tube surface is decreased when the temperature is increased. The protective layer consists of rare-earth metal oxides. In this case the predominance mechanism of burning temperature decreasing is loss of electron emission by oxide electrodes from scattering of emitting substance.
