Abstract
The dependence of the volumetric specific resistance on the volumetric concentration of conducti- vity phase was studied and the interdependence between molecular units of polymers and fillers was shown. It was established that at low temperatures the electroconductivity increases at the expense of the formation of supplementary channels and in the consequence of the relaxation of amorphous structure of the semicon- ductor phase, and at high temperatures the decrease of the electroconductivity is presumably connected with the combination of semiconductor particles of fillers.
