ЭФФЕКТИВНЫЕ СОЛНЕЧНЫЕ ЭЛЕМЕНТЫ ITO-nSi С ТЕКСТУРИРОВАННОЙ ПОВЕРХНОСТЬЮ КРЕМНИЯ

Abstract

The results on optimization of parameters n+ITO-SiO2-n-n+Si solar cells with unilateral and bilateral sensitivity with isotype transitions are presented. The developed procedure of surfaces silicon wafers structurization has allowed to increase efficiency of conversion solar radiation in electrical energy for unilateral СЭ up to 15,8% and for bilateral up to 20,9%.
