Abstract

It is investigated by a theoretical analytical way the bending instability of a charged capillary jet of viscous dielectric liquids with finite conductivity in a collinear to the jet electrostatic field. It is shown that realization of the bending instability mostly probable for jets with small conductivity and surface charge dif- fusion coefficients.
