ИССЛЕДОВАНИЕ ЗАВИСИМОСТИ МАССОПЕРЕНОСА ПРИ ЭЛЕКТРОИСКРОВОМ ЛЕГИРОВАНИИ СПЛАВАМИ Ni-Cr-Al ОТ СТРУКТУРНЫХ ФАКТОРОВ ЭЛЕКТРОДОВ

Abstract

Investigated here is the dependence of mass transfer parameters on the structure of Ni-Cr-Al and Ni-Cr-NiAl electrode systems at electrospark alloying of Steel 45. The microstructure of cast, sintered and hot-pressed alloys represents a mix of nickel-, chromium- and NiAl intermetallide-based solid solutions. The mass-transfer factor at alloying by cast and hot-pressed alloys in 2-3,5 times exceeds that of at alloying by sintered ones. Such difference is defined by differences in the structures of the electrodes obtained by different technologies.
