УТОЧНЕНИЕ ГРАНИЦ ПРИМЕНИМОСТИ ХОЛЬМОВСКОГО ПРИБЛИЖЕНИЯ ДЛЯ РАСЧЕТА СОПРОТИВЛЕНИЯ ЭЛЕКТРИЧЕСКИХ КОНТАКТОВ

Abstract

The paper presents the computation results for passage of current through electrodes of various shapes. In particular, cylindrically shaped contacts and rectangular current-carrying buses were considered. The effect of electrode boundaries and location of contact spots on contact resistance was estimated. It was shown when the contact resistance can appreciably differ from the values found basing on available analytical formulas.
