Аннотация
The method and results of experimental researches of a high-voltage discharge in water electrolytes and oil emulsions are reduced with the purpose of definition of their fitness to using in the capacity of actua- ting mediums for the electrode systems of closed type for high-voltage electrodischarge submersible installa- tions.
