ИЗУЧЕНИЕ КОМПОЗИТОВ ПОЛИМЕР-ПЬЕЗОКЕРАМИКА МЕТОДОМ РАДИОТЕРМОЛЮМИНЕСЦЕНЦИИ

Аннотация

In this work the features of radiothermoluminescence (RTL), charge stabilization, change of temperature of structural β- and γ- transitions dependence on doze of γ-radiation and filling degree Ф of composites based on high density polyethylene (HDPE) and piezoceramica fillers of type of PKR-3M are investigated. It is shown, that dependences of thermo luminescence intensities on filling degree J (Ф) are characterized with extremes at filler content up 5% vol. and dose of D = 20-30 kGy. It is shown, that γ- radiation at determined doses leads to inhibition of β-relaxation process of HDPE in the composition, this may be connected with formation of new trapping centers of excess electrets charges.
