The correlation between composition, structure and corrosion resistance of Co-W electrolytic coatings (on the basis of voltameter and impedance measurements at рН = 6,0 in a chloride-sulphate model solution), deposited at various densities of direct current from citric electrolyte with high concentration of sodium tungstate with addition of boric acid at temperature 58 °С. It is established; that these coatings possess a high corrosion resistance only insignificantly inferior to resistance of electrolytic chromium coatings. It is defined the interval of current densities of electrodeposition in which corrosion resistance of these coatings is maximum.
