Аннотация
The advantage of the spark mass spectrometric method for analysis of impurity of Solid bodies is shown. The empiric formula for calculation of relative sensitivity of various elements is given. As an exam- ple, on the basis of mass-spectrum of iron the concentration tungsten in the iron pattern of iron is calculated. Influence of different effects to the accuracy parameters of the method is considered.
