Analysis of biological tissue treatmeant modes at electroplasmolysis was carried out. The limit of disappearance of phase displacement between current and voltage is used as a criterion of cell destruction. It is noted that the capacitance is of a medium is defined by a characteristic of the cell membrane capability to accumulate the electric charges.
