Аннотация
Discharging fields can influence on the capilar constants in broad quartz macrocapilars owing to interaction of three phases and influence of external non uniform electric fields on them. Influence and after- influence effects on this phenomenon are caused by a considerable changing of surface properties of mois- ture and solid phases.
