Аннотация
The mechanism of electrical anabrosis of the anode under effect the electronics component of elec- tric pulse surveyed. Is exhibited, that the process of arrival of electrons on the anode wears discrete charac- ter. The dependence between energy and duration of electric pulse is obtained.
