СОЗДАНИЕ ЭФФЕКТИВНОГО УСТРОЙСТВА СВЧ-ОБРАБОТКИ СВЕКЛОВИЧНОЙ СТРУЖКИ

Аннотация

The article considers the issue of whether SHF (super high frequency) can be used for a heat treatment of beet shaving. Based on calculations an experimental unit was designed for studying beet shaving SHF-treatment in a heat treatment stripe camera. Based on the data received, it established that heat SHF-treatment of beet shaving in the stripe camera provides decrease in energy loss, reduction of techno- logical process duration, and enhancement of qualitative indexes of diffuse juice in comparison with right- angled resonance camera. The optimum temperature of beet tissue SHF-treatment was determined as being 50C.
