Аннотация
Discharging fields can influence on water raining in broad quartz macrocapilars thanks to interac- tion of three phases and influence on them outside nonuniform electric fields. Influence and afterinfluence effects on this fact are cansed by a considerable changing of surface properties of moisture and solid phases.
