Стирающая способность электрохимической железной связки о твердую абразивную поверхность с частицами окиси алюминия

Аннотация

The paper reports on the study of the abrasiveness of surfaces with electrochemical iron deposition on friction with hard surfaces with particles of aluminum oxide on the ceramic bond. The abrasive surface particles are shown to be more abraded on friction/sliding with the surface of pure electrolytic iron deposition than on friction with the surface doped with nickel or cobalt; in addition, lower loads are required for their tearing off the ceramic bond. It is established that the partial friction coefficient of the abrasive surface is much higher on friction on usual iron deposition than on friction on surfaces doped with nickel or cobalt.
