ИНДУЦИРОВАННОЕ ДАВЛЕНИЕМ ИЗМЕНЕНИЕ ХАРАКТЕРА ФАЗОВОГО ПЕРЕХОДА В ТИТАНАТЕ СВИНЦА: СТРУКТУРНЫЕ АСПЕКТЫ

Аннотация

The crystal structure of lead titanete PbTiO3 have been studied by means of energy-dispersive X-ray diffraction in pressure range 0–4 GPa and in the temperature range 300–950 K. At temperature T = 747 К the structure phase transition from ferroelectric tetragonal to paraelectric cubic phase was observed. A significant decrease in phase transition temperature was found when pressure was applied, and at pressure P ~ 2 GPa the change of phase transition type from the first order to the second one was observed. In the low pressure range the value of baric coefficient, dTc/dP, amounts to – 20(3) K/GPa but at pressure higher than 2 GPa it increases to dTc/dP = – 113(5) K/ГПа.
