Аннотация

On the basis of the analysis of the dispersion equation for nonaxisymmetric capillary waves with azimuthal number equal to two on a surface of the charged cylindrical jet ideal incompressible conductive of environment, is shown, that влияние of a flow carries destabilizing character. The instability of a nonaxi- symmetric waves with azimuthal number equal to two has threshold character, both on speed, and on size of an electrical charge come on unit of length of a jet.
